Who this applies to
- Wedding professionals (photographers, videographers, media creators, makeup artists, hairdressers, veil designers and room decorators) who join the waitlist, or create an account and use the app to manage their work.
- Couples and clients whose details a professional adds to the app, or who use a booking page, package page or client portal shared by a professional.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address and password, or, if you sign in with Google, your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We never see or store your Google password.
- Studio information you add: studio name, your link name, the kind of work you do, studio address and location link, logo, packages, prices, add-ons, team members, expenses and settings.
- Client information you add: names, phone numbers, wedding and booking dates, booking times, the place of the booking (your studio, the client's home, a venue or hotel), addresses, room numbers, Google Maps links, timelines, notes, payments and messages.
- Information couples submit: booking requests, timeline changes and messages sent through a booking page or client portal.
- Your public pages: your profile page and your packages page can be opened by anyone with the link. They show your name, the kind of work you do, your city, bio, logo, cover photo, links, packages, prices and add-ons, and the Instapay name and number if you add them.
- Team invites: your link name, so others can invite you to a wedding day, and the days you are invited to.
- Notifications: if you turn them on, the address your browser gives us to send them.
- On the couple's phone: after a couple opens their page once, the PIN is remembered in their browser so they don't type it again.
- Booking pages: when a client books from your link, they send their name, phone number, the date and time, the place and any notes. Your booking page never shows them other clients, their names or their booking times.
- The waitlist: if you join the waitlist on our website, we keep your name, your email address and the kind of work you do. We use them only to email you when your spot is ready. The list is never shown on the website. To be removed, email support@infinitywed.com.
- Basic technical information: what is needed to keep you signed in and to protect the service from abuse, such as request limits.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To run the app: storing your bookings, clients, timelines and money records, and showing them only to you.
- To sign you in and send account emails, such as email confirmation and password reset.
- To let couples see their own booking details in the client portal you share with them.
- To email people on the waitlist when their spot is ready, and for nothing else.
- To prevent spam and abuse, for example by limiting how many booking requests can be sent.
Who can see your data
- You. Your bookings, clients, money and notes are private to your account.
- Anyone with your link. Your profile page and packages page are public, as described above.
- Team members you invite. When you invite someone to a wedding day and they accept, they see that day's names, phone numbers, place, map, timeline and notes. They never see your prices or payments.
- Couples you share a link with. They see only their own booking and timeline through the portal link.
- Service providers that run the app for us: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Hostinger (website hosting), Resend (account emails) and Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google). They process data only to run their service for us.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Client portal links
Each booking has a private client portal link. It can show booking details such as names, the wedding date, the venue, the timeline and messages.
- Anyone who has the link can open that portal, so treat it like a private key.
- Professionals are responsible for sharing each link only with the right couple, and for not posting it publicly.
- Couples should keep their link private and not forward it to people who should not see their booking.
- If a link has been shared by mistake, tell the professional who shared it or email us, and we will help secure it.
Your responsibility for client data
When you add client information, you are responsible for having the right to store it and for using it only to provide your services to that client.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account from Settings, your account and all of its data are deleted straight away. If you ask us by email, we do it within 30 days. Backups may take a short time longer to clear.
Your choices and rights
You are in control of your information. At any time you can:
- Access it: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or download it yourself from Settings.
- Correct it: edit your details inside the app, or ask us to fix anything you cannot change yourself.
- Delete it: delete your account and all of its data from Settings, or ask us to.
- Withdraw consent: stop us processing your data by closing your account. This does not affect anything we did lawfully before.
- Restrict it: ask us to limit how we use your data while a request or concern is being reviewed.
To make any of these requests, email support@infinitywed.com. We reply within 30 days. Clients whose details were added by a professional can ask that professional, or contact us directly.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and database access rules, so each studio can only reach its own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
If a data breach happens
If we learn that personal data has been accessed without permission, we will:
- act straight away to contain it and secure the service;
- investigate what happened and which data was affected;
- tell affected users by email without undue delay, explaining what happened, what data was involved and what they can do;
- notify the relevant authorities where the law requires it;
- fix the cause and take steps so it does not happen again.

Infinity Wed is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the changes are important, we will tell you in the app.
